The Timeblu App
The Timeblu app is your dashboard on your phone: the calendar, your clients and everything you see on the web, with the same account and the same data. It also does something the web does not: it alerts you the moment a client confirms, moves or cancels an appointment. It is free and works on every plan.
Where to get it
| Phone | Where |
|---|---|
| Android 7.0 or later | Google Play , in the countries of the European Union |
| iPhone and iPad | Coming soon to the App Store |
If you open Timeblu in the browser of an Android phone, the menu has Install the app, which takes you straight to Google Play.
On iPhone, until the app arrives, you can keep Timeblu on your home screen: open app.timeblu.com in Safari, tap the Share icon, then Add to Home Screen. The home screen version does not send alerts: they come with the app.
Signing in
Create your account on the web
The app is for signing in, not for signing up. If you do not have an account yet, create one for free at app.timeblu.com , from a computer or from your phone’s browser.
Sign in with your email and password
Open the app and enter your account’s email and password. If you use two-step verification, the app asks for the code too.
Allow notifications
The first time, your phone asks whether Timeblu may send you notifications. Allow them to get your booking alerts.
Did you sign up with Google? The app has no Google button. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? to create a password. From then on you sign in to the app with your email and that password; on the web you can keep using Google.
Alerts
The app tells you what your clients do, without checking your email:
- A booking confirmed.
- An appointment moved.
- A cancellation.
- The follow-ups due that day, at 09:00.
- Answers to your surveys (only the negative ones by default).
At night they stay quiet and arrive in the morning. You choose which alerts you get and when they stay quiet in App notifications.
What you do on the web
The app sells nothing. To subscribe, change your plan or top up SMS, go to app.timeblu.com in a browser. In the app you see your plan and your usage, and features your plan does not include show as not available.
Frequently asked questions
Does what I do in the app show on the web? Yes. It is the same account and the same data, and Timeblu’s new features reach the app at the same time as the web, with no update to install.
Can I use it on several phones? Yes, with the same account. All of them get the alerts. Signing out on a phone stops the alerts on that phone.
What about my team members? Each member signs in with their own account. For now, alerts only go to the account owner.
Can I use it at the front desk? Yes. If you turn on front desk mode on a phone or tablet, that device stops getting your alerts until you leave the mode, so your clients never see them.
I had Timeblu on my home screen. Should I remove it? You can: the app does the same and also alerts you.
Does it work offline? No. The app needs an internet connection. Offline you will see You’re offline with a Try again button.
Google Play says it is not available in my country. The app is on Google Play in the countries of the European Union. Elsewhere, use Timeblu in the browser at app.timeblu.com .
How do I delete my account? From the app too, in Settings > Data & Privacy. See Delete your account.
