Booking Q&A

Pro Booking Q&A is available on Pro and Max plans.

Add frequently asked questions to your booking page so clients can get instant answers without contacting you. Your Q&A entries appear as quick action buttons in the booking assistant widget.

How It Works

  1. You create Q&A entries in the Booking Setup page
  2. Timeblu auto-translates each entry into 5 languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian)
  3. Clients see them as additional quick action buttons in the assistant widget on your booking page
  4. Keyword matching - when clients type related questions, the right answer appears automatically

Adding Q&A Entries

  1. Go to Booking Setup in the sidebar
  2. Scroll to the Booking Q&A section at the bottom
  3. Click Add Question
  4. Enter the question (e.g., “Do I need to bring anything?”)
  5. Enter the answer (max 500 characters)
  6. Click Add - translation happens automatically

Managing Entries

Edit

Click the pencil icon next to any entry. When you save, it re-translates automatically.

Toggle Active/Inactive

Use the toggle switch to hide a Q&A from your booking page without deleting it.

Delete

Click the trash icon to permanently remove an entry.

What Clients See

On your booking page, clients can:

  • Tap a Q&A button in the assistant widget to see the answer instantly
  • Type a related question and get matched to the right answer via keywords

The assistant shows the answer in the client’s language automatically.

Auto-Translation

When you save a Q&A entry, Timeblu translates it into all supported languages:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • French
  • Italian
  • German

The translation uses AI and happens in the background. Clients see the answer in whichever language matches their booking page locale.

Tips

Keep answers concise - under 500 characters. If you need to explain something complex, consider linking to your website.

  • Add the 3-5 most common questions you get from clients
  • Use simple, clear language
  • Include practical details (what to bring, parking info, preparation steps)
  • Review translations if you serve multilingual clients
