Example Support Request

Subject: Can’t access calendar after update

Hi Timeblu Support,

Account email: myemail@example.com

I’m unable to load my calendar page since yesterday. When I click on Calendar in the sidebar, the page shows a loading spinner but never finishes loading.

I’ve tried:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Clearing my browser cache
  • Using a different browser (Chrome and Firefox)

I’m using Chrome 120 on macOS 14.
