Managing Members
Your team lives in Settings > Team. Each member row shows their email, status (Invited, Active or Suspended) and a summary of their calendar access. Open a member’s actions menu to manage them.
Edit permissions
Choose Edit permissions to change a member’s access calendar by calendar (None, View or Edit), then click Save.
Suspend and reactivate
Choose Suspend to block a member’s access without losing their setup. The member stays in your list as Suspended, so you can bring them back later with Reactivate - no new invitation needed. Suspending a member frees a seat.
Remove
Choose Remove to take a member off your team. They immediately lose access to your calendars. This does not delete their personal Timeblu account.
Pending invitations
For members who haven’t accepted yet (Invited), you can:
- Resend invite - sends a fresh email; invitations expire after 7 days
- Revoke invite - cancels the invitation
Plan changes and downgrades
Your plan sets your seat limit: 5 team members on Pro, 25 on Max. If you move to a plan with fewer seats than you are using:
- Members over the new limit are suspended - their access pauses, but they stay in your list
- Pending invitations are removed
Nothing is deleted. If you upgrade again, reactivate the suspended members and they get their previous calendar access back.
At the seat limit, the Invite employee button is unavailable. Suspend or remove a member to free a seat, or upgrade your plan.
