Creating an Account

How do I sign up for Timeblu?

  1. Go to app.timeblu.com 
  2. Click Sign Up
  3. Enter your email and create a password, or sign up with Google
  4. Verify your email (if using email signup)
  5. Complete the onboarding process

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, the free plan doesn’t require a credit card. You can use Timeblu’s core features without payment information.

Can I sign up with Google?

Yes, click “Continue with Google” on the signup page to create an account using your Google credentials.

I didn’t receive my verification email

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Wait a few minutes (emails can be delayed)
  3. Click “Resend verification email” on the login page
  4. Ensure you entered the correct email
  5. Contact support if still not received

Logging In

I forgot my password

  1. Go to app.timeblu.com 
  2. Click Sign In → Forgot Password?
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for reset instructions
  5. Click the reset link and create a new password

Why can’t I log in?

Common reasons and solutions:

How do I log out?

Click your profile/account icon in the top right corner and select Log Out.

Can I stay logged in?

Yes, Timeblu keeps you logged in by default. To log out everywhere, change your password.

Account Management

How do I change my email address?

Email addresses cannot be changed directly. Please contact support to request an email change, providing:

  • Your current email
  • Your desired new email
  • Account verification details

How do I change my password?

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Save

Can I have multiple accounts?

While not prohibited, we recommend using one account per business/individual. Multiple accounts can’t share data.

How do I delete my account?

  1. Cancel any active subscription
  2. Export your data if needed
  3. Contact support requesting account deletion
  4. We’ll process your request per GDPR guidelines

All data will be permanently deleted.

Security

Is my account secure?

Yes, Timeblu uses:

  • HTTPS encryption for all connections
  • Encrypted data storage
  • Secure password hashing
  • Industry-standard security practices

Does Timeblu have two-factor authentication?

2FA may be available in Settings > Security. If not currently available, it’s on our roadmap.

What if I think my account was compromised?

  1. Change your password immediately
  2. Review recent activity
  3. Check your email account security
  4. Contact support to report the issue

Who can access my data?

Only you can access your data (plus anyone you share credentials with). Timeblu support may access data in limited ways for technical support.

Technical Issues

The login page won’t load

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Try a different browser
  3. Clear browser cache and cookies
  4. Disable browser extensions
  5. Try incognito/private mode

I keep getting logged out

  1. Check browser settings (cookies must be enabled)
  2. Disable browser extensions that may interfere
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Clear cache and try again

Error message when logging in

Note the error message and:

  1. Check if it provides specific instructions
  2. Try the suggested solutions above
  3. Contact support with the exact error message
