Online BookingPrintable QR Poster

Printable QR Poster

Print a poster for your reception desk, shop window or treatment rooms so clients standing in your business can book their next appointment on the spot - they scan a QR code with their phone camera and land directly on your booking channels.

Downloading your poster

  1. Go to Booking Setup (Booking in the sidebar) and open the Setup tab.
  2. Next to your booking link, click the printer icon.
  3. Choose the poster language - it defaults to the language of your public booking page, since the poster is read by your clients.
  4. Click Download PDF and print the A4 file on any printer.

The poster is available on every plan. Your online booking setup must be complete (all five checklist steps) before you can download it - the poster is only useful if scanning it actually lets clients book.

What the poster includes

  • A colored header band using the same accent color as your booking page (the theme you picked in the Booking page tab), with your logo if you uploaded one
  • Your business name, plus your address and phone number when they are filled in under Settings → Profile
  • A short headline inviting clients to book online, in the language you picked
  • One QR code per channel, each in its own card with a one-line instruction
  • A “how it works” strip: three numbered steps next to a small illustration of your booking page (or of the WhatsApp chat, if that is the only QR you print). The illustration carries your business name and your most-booked service of the past year, so clients recognize what they are about to find

The poster deliberately does not print your booking link or your WhatsApp number: the QR codes do that job, and a poster reads better without them.

Choosing channels

If your business has a WhatsApp booking line connected (Max plan), the dialog lets you choose which QR codes to print:

  • Booking page - scanning opens your public booking page
  • WhatsApp - scanning opens a WhatsApp chat with your booking number, with a greeting already typed. When it is the only QR on the poster, the illustration shows the automated assistant’s menu (Book / Reschedule / Cancel), so it is clear an assistant replies and nobody waits for a person

You can print one of them or both side by side on the same poster. Without a WhatsApp line, the poster simply carries your booking page QR - no choice needed.

Tips

  • Print at 100% scale (no “fit to page” shrinking) so the QR codes stay crisp and easy to scan.
  • Place the poster where clients wait or pay - checkout counters convert best.
  • If you change your username later, download and print a fresh poster: the old QR points to your previous link.
