Joining a Team

This article is for employees who received a team invitation from a business that uses Timeblu.

1. Open the invitation

You’ll receive an email saying the business invited you to their team. Click Accept invitation. The link works once and expires after 7 days - if it has expired, ask the business owner to resend it.

2. Sign in or create your account

  • Already use Timeblu? Sign in with your usual account - the invitation is attached to it.
  • New to Timeblu? Create an account in a minute with just your name, email and password. You won’t be asked to set up a business, services or a booking page - you are joining someone else’s business, not opening your own.

Your account is personal and stays yours. The same account can belong to several businesses at once.

3. Your workspace

After accepting, you land in a calendar-only workspace for that business. What you can do depends on the access the owner gave you, calendar by calendar:

  • View - see appointments, including client details
  • Edit - also create, edit, reschedule, cancel, mark as no-show and delete appointments and blocks

You won’t see the business’s settings, services, clients section, campaigns or billing - those belong to the owner.

Switching between businesses

If you belong to more than one team, use the workspace switcher in the sidebar (under Workspaces) to jump between businesses. Each workspace shows only that business’s calendars.

Creating your own business later

You can open your own business at any time with Create my business in the workspace switcher. Your business gets its own workspace, and you keep access to every team you belong to.

Leaving or being removed from a team never deletes your personal account - only your access to that business’s calendars.
