Understand how to cancel your subscription and what to expect regarding refunds.

Cancelling Your Subscription

How to Cancel

Go to Subscription Settings

Navigate to Settings > Subscription.

Click Cancel

Find and click the Cancel Subscription button.

Confirm Cancellation

Review what will happen:

  • Access continues until period end
  • No further charges
  • Data is preserved

Click Confirm Cancellation.

Optional Feedback

You may be asked why you’re cancelling. This helps us improve.

What Happens After

Immediately:

  • Subscription status shows “Cancelled”
  • You can still use all features
  • No charge on next billing date

At period end:

  • Reverts to free plan
  • Paid features become unavailable
  • All data remains

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately.

Free Plan Limits Apply

After cancellation:

  • 1 calendar (others remain but can’t add more)
  • 20 clients (existing kept, can’t add beyond)
  • 15 sessions/month

Refund Policy

General Policy

Timeblu subscriptions are non-refundable for used periods.

  • No prorated refunds for early cancellation
  • Full access continues until period end
  • You’re not charged for future periods

Refunds may be considered for:

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  1. Contact support
  2. Provide:
    • Account email
    • Invoice/charge details
    • Reason for request
  3. We’ll review within 3-5 business days
  4. Decision communicated via email

Resubscribing After Cancellation

Before Period Ends

If you change your mind before your period ends:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Reactivate
  3. Cancellation is reversed
  4. Service continues uninterrupted

After Period Ends

If your subscription has fully ended:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Choose a plan
  3. Enter payment method
  4. Subscribe like new

Your data is still there; you’re just reactivating access to features.

Downgrading vs Cancelling

Consider downgrading instead of cancelling:

How to Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Select a lower tier plan
  3. Confirm the downgrade
  4. New rate applies next period

Data Retention

After Cancellation

Your data is not deleted when you cancel:

  • Client records remain
  • Session history remains
  • Settings remain
  • Calendar data remains

You can resubscribe anytime and pick up where you left off.

Account Deletion

If you want data deleted (different from cancellation):

  1. Cancel subscription first
  2. Contact support
  3. Request account deletion
  4. We’ll process your request (GDPR right to deletion)

Account deletion is permanent. All data is removed and cannot be recovered.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be charged after cancelling?

No. Cancellation stops all future charges. You won’t be billed again unless you resubscribe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There’s no minimum commitment. Cancel whenever you like.

Can I get a refund for unused days?

Generally no. Access continues until period end, so you get full value for your payment.

What if I was charged by mistake?

Contact support immediately with charge details. We’ll investigate and refund if appropriate.

How do I cancel if I can’t access my account?

Email support from your account email address requesting cancellation.

What happens to online bookings after cancellation?

  • Existing booked sessions remain
  • Booking page becomes unavailable
  • Clients can’t book new sessions

Can I export my data before cancelling?

Yes, export your clients and data before cancelling. This is recommended.
