Hiding Weekends

If you don’t work on weekends, you can hide Saturday and Sunday from your calendar to focus on your working days. This feature works in Week and Month views.

How to Hide Weekends

1. Go to your Calendar view
2. Look for the Hide Weekends toggle in the calendar toolbar
3. Click to toggle weekends on or off
4. Your preference is saved automatically

Important Considerations

Existing Weekend Sessions

If you have sessions scheduled on weekends:

• They remain scheduled (not deleted)
• They won’t be visible with weekends hidden
• Clients will still receive reminders
• Show weekends to view or manage them

Online Booking

Hiding weekends in your calendar does not affect online booking. Weekend availability is controlled by:

1. Your working hours per calendar
2. Your holiday settings

To prevent weekend bookings, set Saturday and Sunday as non-working days in your calendar’s working hours.

Weekend Preference

The hide weekends setting is:

• Per-user - Each user has their own preference
• Persistent - Saved across sessions
• View-independent - Applies to both Week and Month views

• You never work on weekends
• You want a cleaner view of your work week
• You schedule personal events separately

When to Show Weekends

• You occasionally work weekends
• You have sessions scheduled on weekends
• You use Timeblu for personal scheduling too

Troubleshooting

Can’t Find Weekend Sessions

If you know you have sessions on weekends but can’t see them:

1. Check if weekends are hidden (toggle in toolbar)
2. Click Show Weekends to reveal them
3. Your sessions will appear in the Saturday/Sunday columns

Keyboard Shortcut

Currently, there’s no keyboard shortcut for hiding weekends—use the toolbar toggle.
