Creating Your Account

This guide walks you through creating your Timeblu account from scratch.

Sign Up Options

You can create a Timeblu account using:

  • Email and Password - Traditional signup with a 5-step onboarding wizard
  • Google Account - Quick signup using your Google credentials (4 steps - no password needed)

Creating Your Account

Go to the Signup Page

Visit app.timeblu.com . On the login page, click Sign Up to start the onboarding wizard, or click Continue with Google to sign up with your Google account.

Complete the Onboarding Wizard

The wizard collects all your information before creating your account. No data is saved until the final step.

If using email and password, the wizard has 5 steps:

  1. Email & Business Name - Enter your email and business name
  2. Calendar Setup - Name your calendar, pick a color, set working hours
  3. First Service - Create your first appointment type
  4. Booking Link - Choose your public booking URL
  5. Password & Terms - Create a password and accept the Terms of Service, DPA, and Privacy Policy

If using Google, the wizard has 4 steps:

  1. Business Name - Your email is pre-filled from Google
  2. Calendar Setup - Same as above
  3. First Service - Same as above
  4. Booking Link & Terms - Choose your URL and accept the Terms of Service, DPA, and Privacy Policy

Verify Your Email (Email Signups Only)

Check your spam folder if you don’t see the verification email within a few minutes.

After completing the wizard with email and password:

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email from Timeblu
  2. Click the verification link in the email
  3. You’ll be automatically signed in and redirected to your dashboard

If you signed up with Google, your email is already verified - you can access the dashboard immediately after completing the wizard.

Account Security Tips

  • Use a unique, strong password for your Timeblu account
  • Enable browser auto-fill or use a password manager
  • Don’t share your login credentials with others

Troubleshooting

Didn’t receive the verification email?

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Make sure you entered the correct email address
  3. Use the Resend email button on the signup success screen
  4. If your verification link has expired, go to app.timeblu.com  and request a new verification email

Forgot your password?

  1. Go to app.timeblu.com 
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Click Forgot Password?
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Check your email for reset instructions

Email already registered?

If you see “Email already registered”:

  • You may have already created an account
  • Try signing in instead, or use the password reset feature
  • If you used Google signup, try “Continue with Google”

What’s Next?

After creating your account, head to your dashboard  and start booking your first session.
