The Clients section is your central hub for managing everyone you work with. Store contact information, track activity, and maintain notes for each client.

Client Information
Each client profile can include:
Contact Information
- Name (required)
- Email - For confirmations and reminders
- Phone - Primary contact number
Personal Information
- Birth Date - Optional, for birthday reminders
- Address - Location information
- City, State, Country - Full address details
Notes & History
- Private Notes - Only visible to you
- Activity Timeline - Record of all changes
Accessing Clients
Click Clients in the sidebar to access the client list. From here you can:
- View all clients
- Search for specific clients
- Filter by various criteria
- Add new clients
Client List View
The client list displays each client as a card showing their name, contact information, and session count.
Search
Use the search bar to find clients by name, email, phone, notes, city, or country.
Quick Actions
From the client list, you can:
- Add Client - Create a new client record
- Edit - Update client information
- View Profile - See full client details
- Delete - Remove a client
Privacy & Security
Client data is:
- Encrypted at rest and in transit
- Private to your account only
- GDPR compliant - Export or delete upon request
- Backed up regularly
