How do I create an account?

Visit app.timeblu.com , click Sign Up, and follow the prompts. You can sign up with email or Google. Full guide →

Is Timeblu free?

Yes, Timeblu offers a free plan with core features. Paid plans (Pro at €19/month + tax, Max at €29/month + tax) unlock additional features. Compare plans →

How do I book my first session?

Go to Calendar, click on a time slot, select New Session, choose a client and service, then save. Full guide →

Can clients book themselves?

Yes, with a Pro or Max subscription. Enable online booking to get a public booking page where clients can self-schedule. Enable booking →

How do I set my working hours?

Go to Calendars, edit your calendar, and configure working hours for each day of the week. Working hours →

How do reminders work?

Timeblu can automatically send email reminders 24 hours before sessions. 2-hour reminders require Pro+. SMS reminders are available on Max. Notification settings →

How many clients can I have?

Free plan: 20 clients. Pro and Max: Unlimited clients.

Is my data secure?

How do I upgrade?

Go to Settings > Subscription and choose your new plan. You can upgrade anytime. Upgrade to Pro →

Can I cancel anytime?
