Profile & Business Info

Your profile contains your personal and business information, which appears in various places throughout Timeblu and on your booking page.

Accessing Profile Settings

Navigate to Settings > Profile from the sidebar.

Personal Information

Full Name

Your name as displayed in Timeblu:

  • Used in email signatures
  • Shown on booking page
  • Appears in client communications

Email Address

Your account email:

  • Used for login
  • Receives notifications
  • Cannot be changed (contact support if needed)

Business Information

Business Name

Your practice or business name:

  • Shown on booking page header
  • Used in email templates
  • Represents your brand

Examples:

  • “Sarah’s Life Coaching”
  • “Mindful Therapy Practice”
  • “Peak Performance Consulting”
Use a professional business name even if you’re a solo practitioner.

Profession

Your professional title:

Common options:

  • Life Coach
  • Business Coach
  • Therapist
  • Psychologist
  • Counselor
  • Consultant
  • Personal Trainer
  • Nutritionist
  • Health Coach

Or enter custom:

  • Executive Coach
  • Marriage Counselor
  • Career Advisor

Phone Number

Your business phone:

  • Include country code
  • Format: +1 555 123 4567
  • Used for display on booking page (if enabled)

WhatsApp Number

WhatsApp contact number:

  • Can be same as phone
  • Include country code
  • Used for WhatsApp link on booking page

Phone Prefix

Default country code for phone fields:

  • Select your country
  • Applied when entering phone numbers
  • Saves time when adding clients

Business Address

Address Fields

When Address Is Used

  • On booking page (if enabled in branding)
  • For client communication
  • On invoices (if applicable)
Address is optional if you only offer virtual sessions.

Booking Page Username

Username Settings

Your booking URL username:

  • Creates URL: timeblu.com/username
  • 3-30 characters allowed
  • Letters, numbers, hyphens, underscores

Changing Username

  1. Edit the username field
  2. Check availability
  3. Save

Changing username changes your booking URL. Update all shared links!

Updating Your Profile

How to Update

  1. Go to Settings > Profile
  2. Edit any field
  3. Click Save

Changes apply immediately.

What Can Be Edited

  • Full name
  • Business name
  • Profession
  • Phone numbers
  • Address information
  • Username

What Cannot Be Edited

  • Email (contact support)
  • Account creation date

Profile Best Practices

Business Name

  • Use a clear, professional name
  • Keep it concise
  • Match your marketing materials

Profession

  • Be specific if possible
  • Use terms clients recognize
  • Match your credentials

Phone Number

  • Use your business line
  • Include country code
  • Keep it updated

Address

  • Include if offering in-person
  • Use a professional address
  • Keep private if virtual-only
