Agenda View
The agenda view shows your upcoming schedule as a simple, scrollable list covering the next 14 days. It’s a quick way to see what’s coming up without the visual complexity of a full calendar grid.
What the Agenda Shows
Each entry in the agenda displays:
- Date and time of the session or event
- Client name and service
- Duration
- Status badges - Confirmed, Pending, Cancelled, etc.
Indicators
The agenda uses visual indicators to help you scan your schedule:
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Online booking | Session was booked by a client online |
| Blocking event | Time blocked off (not a client session) |
| Recurring | Part of a recurring series |
Switching to Agenda View
To switch to the agenda view, use the view selector in the calendar toolbar and choose Agenda.
The agenda view complements the existing day, week, and month views. Switch between them anytime using the toolbar.
