Mini-Site
💎Max The Mini-Site is available on Max plans.
Transform your booking page into a full mini-website. Instead of showing just the booking wizard, your clients see a professional single-page site with customizable sections - all auto-populated from your existing data.
Enabling the Mini-Site
- Go to Booking Setup > Branding
- Scroll down to the Mini-Site section
- Toggle the switch to enable it
When the mini-site is disabled, visitors see the standard booking wizard. Your branding settings (logo, theme, social links) still apply regardless.
At least one section must be enabled for the mini-site to display. If all sections are toggled off, visitors will see the standard booking wizard instead.
Sections
The mini-site includes several optional sections. Toggle each one on or off from the Mini-Site Sections settings.
Hero Banner
The hero section is the first thing visitors see. Configure it with:
- Business name - Toggle visibility (useful when your logo already includes the name)
- Tagline - A short description of your business (max 150 characters)
- Cover image - A banner image for the background
- Overlay darkness - Control how much the cover image is dimmed for text readability (0-80%)
Set the overlay to 0% for a fully visible image, or increase it if your text is hard to read against the background.
Services
Displays your active booking services in a clean list format. Clicking a service scrolls down to the booking wizard and pre-selects that service.
Booking Wizard
The booking wizard is always present in the mini-site. It works exactly the same as the standalone wizard - clients select a service, specialist, date/time, and complete their booking. The wizard always uses the standard Timeblu font regardless of your typography settings.
About Us
Tell visitors about your business:
- About text - A description of your business (max 2000 characters, plain text)
- About photo - An optional image displayed alongside the text
This section only appears when you’ve entered about text.
FAQ
Displays your booking FAQ entries in an accordion format. Questions and answers are shown in the visitor’s language with English as fallback.
This section only appears when you have active FAQ entries configured in the Q&A tab.
Booking Assistant
The booking page includes a floating assistant widget where clients can get quick answers about your services, opening hours, location, and cancellation policy. This widget appears on all booking pages (not just the mini-site) and is available on all plans. On Pro and Max plans, your custom Q&A entries also appear in the assistant.
Testimonials
Shows client reviews from your surveys. Testimonials are auto-populated - no manual curation needed.
- Minimum rating - Choose the minimum average rating for reviews to appear (3+, 4+, or 5 only)
- Reviews show the client’s first name only for privacy
- A minimum of 3 qualifying reviews is required for this section to appear
- Initially shows 3 reviews with a “Show more” button to expand
Typography
Choose a font style that matches your brand personality:

The selected typography applies to section titles and body text in the mini-site, but not to the booking wizard, which always uses the standard font.
Section Backgrounds
Control the visual rhythm of your mini-site with background styles:
- Alternating - Sections alternate between white and light gray (first section after hero is always white)
- All white - Every section on a white background
- All gray - Every section on a light gray background
Navigation
The mini-site includes a sticky navigation bar at the top with:
- Your logo (or business name if no logo is uploaded)
- Links to each visible section
- A “Book Now” button that scrolls to the booking wizard
The navigation bar becomes semi-transparent with a blur effect, keeping it readable over any background.
What Happens If I Downgrade?
If you downgrade from Max to Free or Pro:
- The mini-site is immediately hidden and visitors see the standard booking wizard
- Your mini-site configuration is not deleted - it will return if you re-upgrade
- Branding settings (logo, theme, social links) continue to apply on Max and remain saved on other tiers
