Mini-Site
💎Max The Mini-Site is available on Max plans.
Transform your booking page into a full mini-website. Instead of showing just the booking wizard, your clients see a professional single-page site - photos, star ratings, your services as a price menu, your team, verified reviews, opening hours and location - all auto-populated from your existing data.
Enabling the Mini-Site
- Go to Booking Setup > Booking page
- At the top, pick Mini-site in the page mode selector (two cards with a small preview of each mode)
With the standard booking page selected, visitors see the booking wizard instead. Your branding settings (logo, theme, social links) still apply regardless.
Your services always appear on the mini-site - they are how clients start a booking. The booking wizard opens in a full-screen overlay when a client taps any Book button.
Info-Only Mode (No Online Booking)
If you use Timeblu as a digital agenda - you create the appointments yourself and clients book by phone - you can still have your mini-site. Turn off online booking in Booking Setup > Setup while keeping the mini-site enabled, and your page stays published as a showcase:
- Visitors see your photos, services and prices, team, reviews, FAQ, opening hours, and location - everything except online booking
- The Book buttons are replaced by a Call us button that dials your business phone (set it in Settings; without a phone number no button is shown)
- Online cancellation, rescheduling, and the waitlist are also off - clients manage everything by phone
Info-only mode still requires at least one public service - the price menu is the heart of the page. If online booking is off and the mini-site is disabled (or your plan is not Max), your page is not published at all.
Sections
The mini-site includes several optional sections. Configure them in the Sections box: one sub-tab per section, each with its own Show this section toggle.
Photo Hero
The hero section is the first thing visitors see: your name, rating, and tagline on top, with your photos below - inside the page, like a marketplace profile. It adapts to how many photos you add (up to 10, in Booking page > Sections > Hero):
- No photos - An elegant gradient with your business name, tagline, and Book Now button
- One photo - A wide rounded cover image below your name
- Two or more photos - A marketplace-style photo collage (the first photo is the main tile) with a “+N photos” gallery viewer
The first photo in the manager is the main collage tile - use the arrows to reorder. If you add no photos here, the hero falls back to your Logo and Background image.
Other hero settings:
- Tagline - A short description of your business (max 150 characters)
- Rating badge - Shows your average star rating and review count next to your name once you have at least 5 rated surveys. You can turn it off in the Reviews sub-tab.
Services
Your active services always display as a price menu - rows grouped by category with duration, price, and a Book button per service. This section is the booking entry point, so it cannot be hidden. Clicking a row opens the booking overlay with that service pre-selected. Next to each Book button, a + toggle adds the service to a cart instead: a bar at the bottom of the page shows what is in it (up to three services, with the total duration and price), and Choose day & time opens the overlay straight on the day and sequence picker - see Multi-Service Bookings.
Large catalogs (3+ categories, or 13+ services) automatically switch to a category menu: category names with service counts on the left (scrollable chips on mobile) and one category’s services at a time on the right, keeping the page compact no matter how many services you offer.
Booking overlay
The booking wizard opens in a full-screen overlay - from a service row (with the service pre-selected) or from any Book Now button (starting at service selection). It works exactly the same as the standalone wizard - clients pick a specialist, date/time, and complete their booking - and closes with the X or Escape. The wizard always uses the standard Timeblu font regardless of your typography settings.
Team
Introduce the people behind your business. Each public calendar appears as a team member with:
- Photo - Upload one per calendar in Booking page > Sections > Team (an initials avatar is shown otherwise)
- Role - A short label like “Stylist” or “Physiotherapist”
- Star rating - The average “professional” rating from that calendar’s surveys, shown once it has at least 3 rated surveys
This section is off by default - it publishes your team’s names and photos, so enable it deliberately. Private calendars never appear.
About Us
Tell visitors about your business:
- About text - A description of your business (max 2000 characters). Supports light formatting:
**bold**for highlights and lines starting with-for bullet lists - great for “What we love about this place” style sections - About photo - An optional image displayed alongside the text
This section only appears when you’ve entered about text.
Reviews
Shows client reviews from your post-session surveys - every review comes from a real completed appointment, so clients see a verified client badge on each one.
- An aggregate summary shows your average score, total count, and a star-by-star breakdown
- All reviews show - every survey with a comment appears, newest first, regardless of rating. No cherry-picking: that is what makes the “verified client” badge (and your rating) credible
- Reviews show the client’s first name only for privacy
- A minimum of 3 qualifying reviews is required for this section to appear
FAQ
Displays your booking FAQ entries in an accordion format. Questions and answers are shown in the visitor’s language with English as fallback.
This section only appears when you have active FAQ entries configured in the Q&A tab.
Opening Hours & Location
Shows a weekly timetable derived automatically from your calendars’ working hours (the union across all public calendars, split shifts included), with today highlighted in your business timezone.
If your business address is filled in, visitors also see it with a tap-to-load map and a Get directions link.
Booking Assistant
The booking page includes a floating assistant widget where clients can get quick answers about your services, opening hours, location, and cancellation policy. This widget appears on all booking pages (not just the mini-site) and is available on all plans. On Pro and Max plans, your custom Q&A entries also appear in the assistant.
Typography
Choose a font style that matches your brand personality:
| Preset | Fonts | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Modern | Inter | Coaches, consultants, general |
| Elegant | Playfair Display + Lato | Spas, beauty, wellness |
| Bold | Oswald + Source Sans | Barbers, gyms, fitness |
| Warm | Lora + Raleway | Yoga, therapy, holistic |
| Playful | Nunito | Kids activities, pet services |
The selected typography applies to section titles and body text in the mini-site, but not to the booking wizard, which always uses the standard font.
Section Backgrounds
Control the visual rhythm of your mini-site with background styles:
- Alternating - Sections alternate between white and light gray, starting at the hero
- All white - Every section on a white background
- All gray - Every section on a light gray background
Navigation
The mini-site includes a sticky navigation bar at the top with:
- Your logo (or business name if no logo is uploaded)
- Links to each visible section
- A “Book Now” button that opens the booking overlay
While the hero is on screen it shows its own name and Book button, so the bar displays only the section links; as soon as you scroll past the hero, your name/logo and the Book button fade into the bar - identity and CTA appear only once at a time.
What Happens If I Downgrade?
If you downgrade from Max to Free or Pro:
- The mini-site is immediately hidden and visitors see the standard booking wizard
- Your mini-site configuration is not deleted - it will return if you re-upgrade
- Branding settings (logo, theme, social links) continue to apply on Max and remain saved on other tiers
