Client pulse

Pulse is what the owner knows by heart about their good clients, written down for whoever does not: she comes every month, this year she is spacing out, the pedicure is due, do not change her hands. Timeblu reads it from the data you already have (appointments, services, professionals, surveys) and tells it in phrases. There is no score or ranking: every signal carries its measure and the phrase that explains it.

It is available on every plan.

Where to find it

  • Client profile - The Pulse tab, between General and History.
  • From the appointment in the calendar - In the appointment details, click the heartbeat icon to the right of the client’s name. It opens full screen over the calendar; when you close it (the X, Esc or a click outside) the calendar is exactly where you left it, with the appointment open.

Pulse counts visits, not appointments: two services on the same day are one visit. And it counts completed appointments (checked out), like the profile’s statistics.

What it shows

  • Status - New (under three visits), Regular, Spacing out or Dormant, with a phrase that explains it.
  • Rhythm - Every visit is a dot on a timeline with its date underneath: the colour is the service, the size the spend; no-shows are hollow red dots and cancellations hollow grey ones. Long absences are marked and the next expected visit beats at the end. A client of many years gets a line that scrolls sideways (it opens on today), and the months-by-years map under it sums up their whole life.
  • What they ask for, with whom, when they come - Their usual services and professionals and the months-by-years map, each with a phrase when there is something to say: “Pedicure every 5 months: the last was in May. Time to offer it”, “The 2 times they did not show they were booked with Carmen. Better not to change hands”, “In December they usually come twice”. Under it, Year by year sums up each year with its visits and spend (visits only at the front desk).
  • What they said - Their last five surveys, newest first, each with the date, who served them, the service, the three ratings and the comment. A survey with any rating of 3 or less is marked in amber. Past five surveys, the profile grows a Surveys tab with all of them.
  • Signals - Cadence, tenure, loyalty, reliability, spend, how they book (online on their own, via WhatsApp or with you) and when they usually come (“Usually comes on Saturdays around 10:00”), each with its measure and phrase. When they always book with you, under the phrase you get Copy booking link to pass it on wherever you talk to the client.
  • Alert of the day - Only on the day of their appointment: if their last survey complained about the wait, if today they are not with their usual professional, or if they are back after a long time.

Lock in the next one

The main button proposes the next appointment with the expected date, their usual service and professional already set: it opens the New appointment assistant for you to confirm the time. When the client has a usual weekday and hour, the date lands on that weekday and the assistant offers the next slot at their usual hour first. If they already have an upcoming appointment, the button takes you to it.

Remind them to book

With no appointment ahead, under the main button you get Remind them to book (or Notify them when it is time, with the expected date, if it has not arrived yet). It creates a “rebook” follow-up with the client notice: the notice reaches them by email (and by SMS or WhatsApp if you turned that on in Settings) when the date arrives, during the day, and the follow-up closes itself as soon as they book. It needs the Max plan; on Free the button is visible but cannot be pressed.

One voice. If the client already has a pending follow-up, or they were written to in the last 14 days (a follow-up notice or the win-back campaign), Pulse does not offer the button: it shows you what they were told and when, so they never get two “come back” messages in a row.

Front desk mode

In front desk mode Pulse looks the same but without amounts: no total spend, no spend signal, and every dot the same size. Team members do not have Pulse (they cannot open the client profile).
