Logo and Background
Your logo and a photo of your business are the two things every plan can put on the booking page. The booking form sits on a clean card floating over your image, with your logo above it, and the same photo carries across your whole booking flow.
The logo and the background image are available on every plan - free, Pro, and Max. Colors, contact details, social links and the full Mini-Site (hero, services, about, FAQ, and testimonials) remain Max features.
Adding your logo
Your logo shows centered above the booking form. Without one, your business name is shown instead.
Go to Booking Setup > Booking page and use the Logo box: drop a file on the upload area, or click it to choose one. Set Width and Height underneath to control how large it appears.
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG
- Recommended size: at least 200x200px
- Max file size: 2 MB
To take it down, click Remove next to the preview.
Where it appears
Your background photo shows on every page a client sees during booking:
- The booking page (behind the booking form)
- The confirmation, cancellation, and reschedule pages
On each one the content sits on a clean card over your photo, so it stays easy to read.
Adding a background
Go to Booking Setup > Booking page and use the Booking Page Background box (next to the logo):
- Drag an image onto the upload area, or click it to choose a photo.
- Adjust the Overlay strength slider so the booking form stays easy to read.
- That’s it - the change is saved automatically and shows on your live page.
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP
- Max file size: 2 MB
Choosing a good image
- Use a high-quality, landscape photo of your space, your work, or your products.
- Avoid busy images with text in the center - the booking form covers the middle of the page.
- Increase the overlay strength if your photo is bright or detailed, so the form and your business name stay legible.
Removing the background
In the same section, click Remove. Your page goes back to the default clean background.
Preview your page with your sharing link after uploading to see exactly how clients will experience it, including on mobile.
