SMS Credit Usage
When using SMS delivery, each survey invitation consumes one SMS credit from your plan’s included balance or pay-as-you-go credits.
- Pro plan - 100 SMS credits/month included
- Max plan - 300 SMS credits/month included
- Additional SMS available via pay-as-you-go at EUR 0.07 each
SMS Fallback
If SMS delivery fails (no credits, invalid phone number), the system can automatically fall back to email delivery. Enable this in your survey settings under Email fallback.
AI Features (Max Only)
Per-Survey Analysis
When a Max-tier client submits a survey with a comment, the system automatically:
- Analyzes the ratings and comment text
- Generates a sentiment score (1-10)
- Creates a one-sentence summary in the coach’s language
This analysis appears in the survey detail view and helps you quickly understand the feedback without reading every comment.
AI Assistant Integration
Max users can ask the AI Assistant to analyze survey data across any time period, calendar, or service. The assistant provides aggregate analysis, identifies patterns, and surfaces actionable insights from your feedback data.
