Client Surveys let you collect structured feedback from clients after their sessions are completed. Clients receive an email or SMS with a quick star-rating form - no app install, no account required.
How It Works
- Session completes - A session is checked out in your calendar
- Survey sent automatically - After a configurable delay, the client receives an email (or SMS) with a feedback link
- Client rates their experience - Three quick star ratings: waiting time, service quality, and professionalism, plus an optional comment
- You see the results - View ratings, comments, and trends on your Surveys dashboard
The survey email includes clickable star icons. Clients can tap a star directly in the email to pre-fill their service rating and jump to the survey page.
