Dashboard & AnalyticsMonthly Report

Monthly Report

The Monthly report shows one calendar month of your business in full: the same figures as the monthly recap email, plus a 12-month history, every service and client of the month, the regular clients who have gone quiet and a map of your busiest days and hours.

Open it from the button at the end of the monthly recap email, or from Monthly report at the top of the Analytics page. The address of each month is its own link (for example /reports/2026-09), so you can bookmark or share a month with your team.

The Monthly report is part of the Max plan (a free trial counts). The Free plan sees a preview with sample figures.

Choosing a month

Use the month selector in the header. It offers every month since your first appointment, up to the current month, which is marked in progress because its figures still change every day.

You can also click any row of the Last 12 months table to jump to that month.

What you see

  • Four headline figures - appointments, revenue, average per visit and new clients, each compared with the month before.
  • Last 12 months - one row per month: appointments (and how many were booked online), cancellations, visits, new clients and revenue. Empty months show zeros, so you can see gaps at a glance.
  • Activity - appointments booked online vs added by you, cancellations and no-shows with their share of the total.
  • Revenue - every service of the month with its appointments, revenue and average per appointment, plus the deposits collected.
  • Clients - new and returning clients, and everyone with spend in the month, each linked to their profile.
  • Regulars gone quiet - clients with 2 or more visits whose last one was more than 60 days ago, by name, with their last visit. The Create a campaign button takes you to Campaigns, where a win-back campaign can bring them back.
  • Rhythm - your busiest day and hour, how far ahead clients book online, the survey rating, and a day x hour map of the month’s appointments (darker means busier).
  • Next month so far - how many appointments are already booked for the month after.

How the figures are calculated

The report uses the same rules as the Analytics page and the recap email, so they always agree:

  • An appointment counts when it is confirmed or completed, on the day it takes place in your timezone.
  • Revenue is the price of those appointments - the value of your work, not the money collected through Timeblu (only deposits are processed by the platform).
  • A visit is one client on one day, however many services they had.
  • A new client is someone whose first-ever appointment happened that month - importing your client list does not create “new clients”.
  • Amounts are shown in your main currency; if a month mixes currencies, the others are not included.

Closed months are refreshed about once an hour. The month in progress is always up to date.
