Inviting Employees
1. Open your team page
Go to Settings > Team and click Invite employee. The page also shows how many of your plan’s seats are in use (5 on Pro, 25 on Max).
2. Enter their email and choose calendar access
Type the employee’s email address, then set their access for each of your calendars:
- None - they won’t see this calendar
- View - they see appointments and their details
- Edit - they can also create, reschedule and cancel appointments
You can mix levels freely - for example, Edit on the calendar they work in and View on the rest.
3. Send the invitation
Click Send invite. The employee receives an email titled “your business invited you to their team on Timeblu” with an Accept invitation button. They can accept with an existing Timeblu account or create a new one - either way, the account is theirs, not part of your subscription.
Until they accept, the member appears in your team list with the status Invited. Once they accept, it changes to Active.
Invitations expire after 7 days and can be used once. If an invitation expires or the email got lost, open the member’s actions menu and choose Resend invite. To cancel a pending invitation entirely, choose Revoke invite.
