Team Access
⭐Pro Team Access is available on Pro and Max plans.
Team Access lets you invite your employees into your Timeblu workspace. Each employee signs in with their own account and sees only the calendars you share with them, with the permission level you choose - nothing else.
How It Works
- Invite an employee - Go to Settings > Team, enter their email and choose their access for each calendar.
- They accept the invitation - They receive an email link and sign in with their own Timeblu account (or create one in a minute).
- They see only what you share - Their workspace shows just the calendars you granted, nothing from your business settings.
- You stay in control - Edit permissions, suspend or remove members at any time from the Team page.
Seats per Plan
- Pro - up to 5 team members
- Max - up to 25 team members
The Team page shows how many seats you are using at any time.
Permission Levels
Access is set per calendar, so one employee can edit their own calendar and only view a colleague’s:
- None - the calendar is not visible to them
- View - see appointments, including client details
- Edit - everything View allows, plus create, edit, reschedule, cancel, mark as no-show and delete appointments and blocks
What Team Members Never See
Team members only get calendar access. They cannot open your settings, services, clients section, campaigns or billing - those stay private to you.
Employees keep their own personal Timeblu account. The same account can belong to several businesses, and they can even create their own business later - joining your team never locks them in.
