Viewing Survey Responses
Surveys Dashboard
The main Surveys page shows an overview of all feedback received.
Stats Cards
Four summary cards at the top:
- Total responses - Number of surveys submitted
- Avg. rating - Overall average across all three dimensions
- Response rate - Percentage of sent surveys that were submitted
- 30-day trend - Rating trend compared to the previous 30-day period
Response List
Below the stats, a searchable list of all responses with:
- Client name (clickable link to client profile)
- Service name
- Star rating with numeric average
- Submission date
- Eye icon to view full details
Use the search bar to find responses by client name or comment text. The search is accent-insensitive - typing “sofia” will find “Sofia”.
If you have multiple calendars or services, filter dropdowns appear automatically to narrow results.
Response Detail
Click the eye icon on any response to open a slide-over panel showing:
- All three star ratings (waiting time, service quality, professionalism)
- Full comment text
- AI summary and sentiment score (Max tier only)
Calendar Integration
Sessions with survey responses show a star icon directly on the calendar pill:
- Red star - Average rating below 2
- Orange star - Average rating between 2 and 3
- Yellow star - Average rating 3 and above
Clicking a session with a survey and opening the popup shows the average rating. Click it to open the full survey details in a slide-over.
Client Detail
When viewing a client’s profile, a Surveys badge appears in the stats row if that client has submitted surveys. Click it to see all their survey responses in a slide-over.
AI Assistant
💎Max On Max plans, you can ask the AI Assistant to analyze survey data.
Example questions:
- “What are my clients saying about wait times?”
- “Summarize this month’s feedback”
- “Which service gets the best ratings?”
- “Show me surveys with comments from the last week”
The assistant retrieves your survey data and provides aggregate analysis, identifies patterns, and highlights actionable insights.
