Free Plan
The free plan is not a trial: it has no time limit and no limit on calendars, clients or appointments. This page explains what it includes and what the Max plan adds.

Calendars
Create as many calendars as you need - one per professional, room or location - each with its own working hours. See Multiple Calendars.
Did Timeblu switch off some of your calendars in the past, when plans had a calendar limit? They were never deleted: turn them back on in Settings > Calendar > My Calendars.
Reminders
On the free plan reminders go out by email:
- 24 hours before - on by default
- 2 hours before - Max only (optional, in Settings > Notifications)

What Max Adds
SMS and WhatsApp Reminders
Text reminders reach the clients who do not read their email. Max includes 300 per month, then pay-as-you-go.
Your Team
Logins for your employees (Team Access) and front desk mode for a shared device at the counter. On Free, the whole business works from the owner’s login.
Advanced Analytics
On Free you get the dashboard overview (clients, sessions, upcoming appointments), performance metrics (confirmation, cancellation and no-show rates, top services, peak hours) and the revenue report. Max adds financial analytics, client lifetime value, occupancy and the monthly recap.
Intake Forms and Surveys
Intake forms and client surveys are part of Max.
AI, Campaigns and Waiting List
The AI assistant and AI client summaries, campaigns to your clients (with automatic win-back) and the waiting list are part of Max.
Custom Branding and Mini-site
On Free the booking page shows your logo and a background photo - see Logo and Background. Colors, contact details, social links, the mini-site and hiding the Timeblu badge are part of Max.
Deposits
Deposit collection via Stripe is part of Max.
When to Consider Upgrading
Signs that Max would pay for itself:
- Clients miss appointments because they do not read email
- Your employees need their own access
- You want to know which services and hours bring in the most revenue
- You want a branded booking page or to collect deposits
