The AI Assistant helps you interact with your Timeblu data using natural language. Ask questions, take actions, and manage your business - without navigating through menus.
Accessing the AI Assistant
Look for the floating chat button in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard. Click it to open the assistant.
First-Time Setup
When you open the AI Assistant for the first time, you’ll be asked to provide consent for the assistant to access your account data. This is a one-time step required before you can start chatting.
Your data is processed securely. The AI Assistant only accesses data within your Timeblu account.
Voice Input
Instead of typing, you can speak to the AI Assistant using the microphone button.
- Tap the microphone icon next to the send button
- Speak your question or command naturally
- Tap the microphone again to stop recording
- Your message appears in the text box - review and edit if needed, then send
The assistant automatically cleans up your speech - it removes filler words like “um” and “uh”, and handles self-corrections. For example, if you say “Show me my clients… no wait, show me my revenue this month”, it will understand you meant “Show me my revenue this month”.
Your browser will ask for microphone permission the first time you use voice input. This works on both desktop and mobile.

Look Up Information
- Search clients - Find clients by name, email, or phone number
- View client details - See full client profiles, session history, and notes
- Check your schedule - View sessions for any date or date range
- See upcoming sessions - Quickly check what’s next on your calendar
Analyze Your Business
- Dashboard metrics - Session counts, active clients, confirmation and cancellation rates
- Revenue insights - Total revenue, average session value, and trends over any period
- Client value - Lifetime value and retention metrics
- Occupancy - Calendar utilization and how full your schedule is
- Survey feedback - Analyze client survey responses, identify patterns in ratings and comments, and surface actionable insights
Take Actions
The assistant can also perform actions on your behalf. Some actions run immediately, while others require your confirmation first.
Runs immediately:
- Confirm a pending session
- Create a new client
- Update client notes
- Add or remove a holiday/day off
Asks for your confirmation first:
- Cancel or restore a session
- Reschedule a session to a new date/time
- Update a session’s status (completed, no-show, etc.)
- Create a new session/booking
- Block time or create calendar events
- Delete a calendar event
- Send a confirmation or cancellation email to a client

The Assistant Remembers You
The AI Assistant learns your preferences over time. For example, it may remember things like your busiest days, preferred session types, or how you like information presented. This makes conversations faster and more relevant the more you use it.

Usage Limits
Your Max plan includes 100 messages per month. The usage badge on the assistant shows how many messages you’ve used.
- Messages reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Each question and follow-up counts as one message
- The badge updates in real time as you chat
Once you reach 100 messages, the assistant will be unavailable until your next billing cycle begins.
