Data Export
You can request a full export of your account data from the Settings page. This includes all your clients, sessions, services, calendars, and more in a single download.
Requesting an Export
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings from the sidebar.
Click “Request Data Export”
Find the Data Export section and click the button to start a new export request.
Wait for Processing
Your export goes through the following stages:
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your request is queued |
| Processing | Data is being compiled |
| Completed | Ready to download |
Download Your Data
Once the status shows Completed, click the download link to save the file.
What’s Included
The export contains all data associated with your account:
- Clients and contact information
- Sessions and appointment history
- Services and pricing
- Calendars and settings
- Booking page configuration
- Subscription details
This is a comprehensive account export that includes all your data: clients, sessions, services, calendars, and settings.
Limitations
- Rate limit - You can request one export every 24 hours
- Download expiration - Download links expire after a limited time. Request a new export if the link has expired
GDPR Compliance
The data export feature helps you comply with GDPR data portability requirements. If a client requests their data, you can use this export to provide a complete record of their information stored in Timeblu.
