Email Templates

💎Max An email template is the reusable visual shell around your campaign content: logo, colors, header, and footer. Set it up once and every campaign that uses it looks consistent - you only write the message.

Find them under Campaigns → Templates.

What a template controls

SettingOptions
Accent colorBlue, Green, Purple, Orange, Pink, or Cyan - used for buttons and links inside the email
Header backgroundAccent (your accent color), Light gray, or None
Header logoYour brand logo, a custom upload, or your business name as text
Header taglineOptional line under the logo (up to 120 characters)
Footer textOptional - address, phone, or contact info shown above the unsubscribe link (up to 500 characters)

Logo sources

  • Use brand logo - reuses the logo from your booking page branding. If you update it there, your emails update too.
  • Upload custom logo - a separate logo just for this template (PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG, up to 2 MB).
  • Show business name - no image; your business name is rendered as text in the header.

Creating a template

Open the templates page

Go to Campaigns and click Templates, then New template.

Name it and pick the branding

Give the template a recognizable name (for example “Default” or “Holiday promos”), then choose the accent color, header background, and logo source. A live preview shows the result as you adjust.

The tagline appears in the header; the footer text appears at the bottom of every email, just above the unsubscribe link - a good place for your address or contact details.

Save (and make it the default)

Check Use as default template for new campaigns if this should be the template campaigns start with. You can have exactly one default.

How campaigns use templates

  • When composing an email campaign you pick a template from the Email template selector - or leave it on Default template.
  • Campaigns without an explicit template use your default template at send time.
  • If you have no templates at all, emails still send with a clean, neutral design using your business name.
  • Deleting a template doesn’t break campaigns that used it - they fall back to the default.

Create one template per “voice”: for example a neutral default for announcements and a colorful one for promotions. Switching the look of a campaign is then a single dropdown.
