Auto Win-back
💎Max Auto win-back is an always-on campaign that emails clients who have stopped booking. You set it up once; from then on Timeblu checks every day for clients who just crossed your dormancy threshold and sends them your win-back message automatically.
Unlike a regular campaign, there is no Send button and no audience builder - the audience is always “clients who have not had a session in X days”.
Setting it up
- Go to Campaigns and open the Auto win-back card at the top of the list.
- Write your message - subject and body, with the same block editor and email templates as regular campaigns. A starter message is pre-filled for you.
- Choose your two settings:
- Consider a client dormant after (days) - how long without a session before a client counts as dormant. Default: 60 days.
- Do not recontact within (days) - once a client received a win-back email, how long to wait before they can get another one. Default: 90 days.
- Flip the toggle On.
That’s it. Newly dormant clients are picked up on the next daily check and appear under Recent enrollments on the same page.
Who gets contacted
A client is enrolled only when all of these are true:
- They have at least one confirmed or completed session ever - leads who never booked are never contacted.
- Their last session is at least your dormancy threshold ago (measured in your business timezone).
- They have an email address on file.
- They have not unsubscribed from your marketing messages.
- They have not received a win-back email from you within the recontact window.
Auto win-back is email-only. Win-back emails count toward the same monthly campaign email limit as regular campaigns, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Pausing
Use the toggle to pause auto win-back at any time - nothing sends while it is off, and no clients are enrolled. Turning it back on resumes the daily checks; clients who went dormant in the meantime are picked up on the next check.
If you hit your monthly email limit, auto win-back pauses itself and resumes automatically on the 1st of the next month. The page shows a notice when this happens.
Editing the message
You can edit the message, template, and settings at any time - even while active. Changes apply from the next daily batch onward; emails already sent are not affected.
Tip: use the Send test button to email yourself the current message before enabling - you will see exactly what your clients receive, with your template applied.
