Campaigns

💎Max Campaigns let you reach your clients directly from Timeblu: announce a new service, fill quiet weeks with a promotion, or re-engage clients you haven’t seen in a while.

Campaigns are a Max plan feature. On other plans the Campaigns page shows an upgrade prompt.

What you can send

  • Email campaigns - rich HTML emails composed with a block editor (headings, text, images, buttons) and branded with your email template.
  • SMS campaigns - short plain-text messages (up to 160 characters) sent to clients with a phone number, using your SMS credits.

Every campaign goes to an audience you define: all of your clients, or only those matching conditions like “has had at least 3 sessions of these services in the last 90 days”. See Audience & Unsubscribes.

Where to find it

Click Campaigns in the sidebar. From there you can:

  • Create a New campaign
  • Manage your Templates (email branding)
  • Search and filter past campaigns by status
  • Open any campaign to see its per-recipient delivery detail

Campaign lifecycle

StatusMeaning
DraftSaved but not sent. Fully editable.
ScheduledQueued for a future send time. Still editable and cancelable.
SendingDelivery in progress. Recipients are resolved and messages go out in the background.
PausedSending stopped automatically (email cap or SMS credits). Resumes on its own - see below.
CompletedAll recipients processed.
CanceledStopped by you. Pending recipients are dropped. Cannot be restarted.

A paused campaign is not lost. Campaigns pause automatically when you hit the monthly email cap or run out of SMS credits, and resume on their own when your quota refreshes. See Sending & Limits.

Built-in compliance

Marketing messages come with legal obligations, and Timeblu handles the plumbing for you:

  • Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link (plus one-click unsubscribe support in Gmail and other providers).
  • Clients who unsubscribe are automatically excluded from all future campaigns, on both channels.
  • The audience only ever includes clients who have not opted out.

You remain responsible for having your clients’ consent to receive marketing - the CSV importer asks you to confirm this when bringing in external lists.
