Online BookingSharing Your Booking Link

Sharing Your Booking Link

Once your booking page is set up, share it with clients to start accepting online bookings.

Your Booking URL

Your booking link is:

https://booking.timeblu.com/your-username

Replace your-username with your actual username.

Where to Share

Email Signature

Add your booking link to your email signature:

Book an appointment: booking.timeblu.com/sarahcoaching

Benefits:

  • Every email becomes a booking opportunity
  • Clients can book while reading your email
  • Professional appearance

Your Own Website

If you have a website, there are two ways to send clients to book:

  • Embed bookings in your website: clients book without leaving it. You copy the code from the dashboard and paste it into your site; the steps are in Embed Bookings in Your Website.
  • Link to your booking page: a “Book Now” button that takes them to your Timeblu page:
<a href="https://booking.timeblu.com/username">Book Now</a>

Placement ideas:

  • Header/navigation bar
  • Service pages
  • Contact page
  • Homepage hero section

Social Media

Share on your social profiles:

Instagram:

  • Add to bio link
  • Share in stories
  • Include in posts

Facebook:

  • Add as website link
  • Pin post with booking link
  • Include in page description

LinkedIn:

  • Add to profile
  • Share in posts
  • Include in articles

Twitter/X:

  • Add to bio
  • Include in tweets
  • Pin tweet with link

Business Cards

Include your booking URL on business cards:

Book online: booking.timeblu.com/yourname

Google My Business

If you have a Google Business Profile:

  1. Edit your listing
  2. Add booking link as website or appointment URL
  3. Clients can book from Google search

Direct Messages

When chatting with potential clients:

“You can book directly at booking.timeblu.com/yourname - just pick a time that works for you!”

QR Code

You need no outside tool: your link’s QR code is in Booking Setup (in More), Setup tab, next to your booking link.

Printable Poster

For the front desk, the shop window or the waiting room, click Print QR poster: you download an A4 PDF poster with your logo, your business name, the QR code and three steps telling clients how to book, in your booking page’s color. All the details are in Printable QR Poster.

Just the QR Code

If you want the code on its own, for an Instagram story, a business card or a flyer you design yourself, click QR Code under your booking link: it shows on screen so you can scan it or take a screenshot.

Where to Put It

  • Front desk and waiting room: clients book their next appointment before they leave.
  • Shop window: passers-by can book even when you are closed.
  • Flyers and business cards: the QR code on its own.

Before printing several copies, scan the code with your phone to check that it opens your booking page.

If your username is long, consider a URL shortener:

Options

  • Bit.ly - bit.ly/yourlink
  • TinyURL - tinyurl.com/yourlink
  • Custom domain - book.yourdomain.com

Custom Domain (Advanced)

For ultimate branding, redirect a custom domain:

  1. Purchase domain or use subdomain
  2. Set up redirect to your Timeblu booking page
  3. Share book.yourdomain.com

Knowing Where Your Clients Come From

Ask When They Book

💎Max Intake forms are available on the Max plan.

Add a single choice question “How did you hear about us?” (Instagram, Google, a recommendation…) to an intake form with Business scope: it shows on every booking, including bookings embedded in your website. Only one business form can be active, so if you already have one (for example, the data consent form), add the question to that one. Answers show like any other form’s: see Viewing Intake Responses.

Note It on the Client’s Profile

When a client tells you how they found you, write it in the notes on their profile.

If Bookings Live in Your Website

Your analytics tool (Google Analytics, for example) already knows where each visit to your website comes from. If you embed bookings there, it can also count each booking with the timeblu:booked event and credit it to that source: see Embed Bookings in Your Website.

Adding utm_ parameters to your Timeblu booking link does nothing: your booking page neither stores nor shows them anywhere.

Best Practices

Consistent Sharing

  • Include link in all communications
  • Make it easy to find
  • Repeat regularly (not spam)

Call to Action

Use clear CTAs:

  • “Book now”
  • “Schedule a session”
  • “Reserve your spot”
  • “Choose a time”

Avoid vague CTAs:

  • “Visit my page”
  • “More info”

Make It Visible

Don’t hide your booking link:

  • Put it prominently on your website
  • Include in every email
  • Pin on social media
  • Mention in conversations

Test Regularly

Periodically test your booking link:

  • Does it load?
  • Are services showing?
  • Is availability correct?
  • Is the experience smooth?

Common Sharing Scenarios

  1. Thank them for reaching out
  2. Provide basic info about services

  1. Describe the offering
  2. Include booking link

  1. Explain the promotion
  2. Include booking link
  3. Note any restrictions
