Custom Branding

💎Max Custom branding is available on Max plans.

Make your booking page feel like an extension of your brand. Choose a color theme, show your contact details, and add social media links so clients can find you online.

Your logo and a background photo are not part of this - they are available on every plan. See Logo and Background.

Theme Presets

Choose from a set of color theme presets to match your brand identity. The selected theme applies to your public booking page, including buttons, accents, and highlights. The same color is used in the emails your clients receive (confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and surveys): the top stripe, the buttons, and the action links take your color.

Available presets:

Default (blue)
Green
Purple
Orange
Pink
Cyan

Contact Information

Contact details show on your public page whenever they are filled in - there are no visibility toggles. Leave a field empty to hide it.

Business phone - Shared with Settings > Profile; also shown in booking emails
Business address - Shared with Settings > Profile; line breaks are kept on the page, and it links to Google Maps
Public email - Its own field, independent from your account email
WhatsApp - Shown as a chat icon linking to your number

These fields are found in Booking Setup > Booking page.

Add links to your social profiles so clients can connect with you beyond Timeblu:

Like contact info, only filled-in links appear - as icons in the footer of your public page.

White Label

Control the visibility of the “Powered by Timeblu” badge on your booking page. Max users can hide it for a fully white-labeled experience.

How Branding Appears

Your branding settings are reflected on your public booking page:

Logo displayed in the navigation bar
Theme colors applied to buttons, accents, and highlights
Emails to your clients in your theme color
Social media icons shown in the footer
Contact information displayed whenever it is filled in
