What is Online Booking?

Online booking provides a public webpage where clients can:

  1. View your available services
  2. Choose a specialist/calendar
  3. Select a date and time
  4. Enter their details
  5. Confirm the booking
  6. Receive confirmation

Booking Wizard

A smooth booking process that adapts to your setup:

  1. Service Selection - Client chooses the appointment type
  2. Specialist Selection - Client picks a specialist (or “Any Available”). This step is automatically skipped when only one specialist offers the service or when the service uses auto-assign
  3. Date & Time - Client selects from available slots
  4. Client Details - Name, email, phone entry
  5. Review - Confirmation of all details
  6. Confirmation - Booking success page
