Revenue Report
The Revenue report shows how much you’re making day by day - overall, or broken down by calendar and service. Open it from Revenue in the sidebar.
The Revenue report is available on every plan, including Free.
What “revenue” means
Revenue is calculated from the price of each service at the time it was booked, for the sessions in your selected period. It is not the money actually collected through Timeblu (only deposits are processed by the platform; the rest is usually paid in person).
In other words, it reflects the value of your booked and completed work based on your price list, not your bank balance.
Booked vs Earned
Use the Booked / Earned toggle to switch what counts:
| Basis | Counts |
|---|---|
| Booked | Confirmed and completed sessions |
| Earned | Completed sessions only (work you’ve delivered) |
Cancelled sessions and no-shows are never counted.
Choosing a date range
Pick a period from the dropdown:
- Today (the default)
- Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or last year
- Custom range - choose any start and end date
Dates are handled in your business timezone, so each session lands on the correct local day.
Breakdowns
Revenue per day chart
The chart shows revenue for each day in the period. Use the grouping control to view it:
- Overall - one bar per day
- Calendar - stacked by calendar (for example, per professional)
- Service - stacked by service
Only the groupings that reveal something are offered. For example, with a single calendar and a single service there’s nothing to split, so the chart is hidden.
Breakdown by calendar and service
Below the chart, a table lists every calendar + service combination with its session count, revenue, and share of the total.
Summary tiles
- Total revenue - the total for the period and basis
- Average per day - the total divided by the number of days
- Best day - your highest-revenue day
- Sessions - the number of sessions counted
On a single-day view, “average per day” and “best day” just repeat the total, so they’re hidden - you’ll see Total revenue and Sessions, plus the breakdown.
Keeping data fresh
The report always shows live data. Use the Refresh button (top right) to pull in sessions that were just added or completed - handy when cashing up at the end of the day.
Notes
Multiple currencies
If your sessions use more than one currency, a warning appears and the amounts are shown together (they may not add up meaningfully). Set a consistent currency on your services to avoid this.
Sessions without a price
Sessions with no price set count as zero and are noted separately. Add a price to the service (or to the session) so they’re included in your revenue.
